Today we had a very sunny morning, so I grabbed the opportunity to take some photos of the rest warriors of my beloved Dwarf army. Dwarf Warriors are fighting in kinbands next to wise veterans, who impart expertise gained through constant combat. This training creates skilful soldiers and a fighting spirit as strong as the mail that protects them, Dwarves having the highest defence values of any race. The sharp axes of the Dwarves and their stubborn courage are rightly feared among the servants of evil.
Dwarves were the first warriors which I collected to create an army ever. Dwarves are good warriors for a new player to play with, because they do not have cavalry to bring confusion with its special rules and they have such a high D value that makes them almost immortal! In general, an army of soldiers who do not die easy, it is a good army for a new player to play with! Below you will see my three Dwarf Kinbands. The first Kinband consists of fifteen warriors and a Captain to fill all sixteen tray places. The second - fifteen warriors with two-handed weapons and Floi to reach number sixteen. And the last has sixteen archers.
This is one of the last posts about my Dwarves. I have posted them all, my Heroes and Warriors, except for six unpainted Iron Guards. These Guards I will paint with blue colours as IG Ancients and maybe I will repaint a Captain and a Banner-bearer to match with the colour scheme of the rest. We will see! Here are the photos:
