In case someone is interested here you can find the sketches (made by my wife, by the way):

That's it for today. Stay tuned for more!

  1. Holy mother of God! Congratulations to the completion of this project which I have followed with great interest! Just a quick question: The heroes on 60mm bases, what are they?

    Hope the champagne tasted ;)

    Cheers from Llama

  2. Thank you very, very much for your comment. The heroes are 20 years old miniatures, the Dwarf Slayers. You can see them here:
And the champagne was really good.
P.S. Your "Grand Army of Minas Tirith" is great!

  3. Wow! I finally had time to look through your blog and stumbled upon this. What a wonderful idea (and well-executed, by the way). I'm totally inspired to try something like this myself. Great job!!!

    1. Blackwarden, I am happy that you found something interesting during your tour around the blog. Good luck to your trial! I follow your blog, so I will see your progress. You should know that it took me many - many hours to complete it, but you forget all the "troubles" when you hear that someone is inspired! Thanks again!
