Not exactly a palisade, I think it is more of a humble wooden fence! A wooden fence made of plenty of balsa wood, glue and patience!
A Russian sailor helps to see the scale of the fence
I used putty, sand and little rocks to make the ground.
The front side,
the left side,
the rear side,
and the right side.
The corners,
the short pieces
and the long pieces.
By the way, Happy Easter! On the Easter Sunday we went to Arcos de la Frontera, a very nice little town of Andalusia, where there is an annual tradition of running of the Bulls! They call it "Toro del Aleluya"!
No, we didn't run, just watched!
That's it for today! Stay tuned for more!
Excellent...and useful job!
ReplyDeleteThank you Phil!
DeleteWhat a great scratch build, really effective and useful too.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Michael!
DeleteNice fencing - just needs a few Rohan houses inside to make for a great scenic objective.
ReplyDeleteI thought I had begun to follow you many moons ago but realised today that I had only book-marked your site. I am having a re-run through the whole of your blog again (got to Nov 2012 so far) - it is very inspiring and has encouraged me to sort out my Gondorians and get cracking on them again - thank you!
Thank you very much for your words Little Odo! They truly encourage me to continue!
